The Fine Print

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be quoted at the time of reservation and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies or screenshots of the original voucher will be accepted. Bedroom Reservations must be made with the hotel directly. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against services booked via third parties. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Vouchers are subject to blackout dates which include local event dates and 31st December. Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null and void. Children must be 12 years or younger. ID will be required if the voucher includes alcohol. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
